About the Role This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Landscape Architect / Design Manager to lead the design function within a highly regarded landscape construction business delivering premium residential projects across South East Queensland. You will manage a team of 6-7 landscape architects based in Brisbane , overseeing the design workflow across active projects ranging from $100k to $2M in value . Projects span the full design lifecycle, from early concept through to documentation and handover. The position will suit someone who enjoys both design leadership and people management , ensuring projects are delivered to exceptional standards while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
